Membership must be cancelled before the renewal date to avoid additional membership charges. If membership is cancelled or terminated before the end of the applicable billing cycle, Soulful Medicine will not reimburse the member for the remainder of that period.

In exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Soulful Medicine, we may permit the remaining unused membership to be transferred.
